Whoa! Time flies and I have dropped the ball in getting this blog rolling and online in a timely fashion. The good news is that all is well and that Kai has received yet again the coveted 5 stars from Forbes. Family is well and we are all getting into the Christmas mindset while putting up lights, trees and getting the casa ready for the festivities.
We had a cool little reception for the Kai team yesterday honoring all the players involved and I spun a special little video for the occassion. Times are rough all over but our new menu had great reviews as it poured out lots of my favorites with hints of retro styled cuisine scented with our cultural influences.
